Creating a Sitemap

1. Go To http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl
2. Type in your blogsite URL
3. Type Comments if any
4. Click 'Add URL' after typing the squiggly letters into the box shown.
5. Go To Google Sitemaps site at https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/siteoverview?hl=en
6. Type youe URL in Add Site box and click OK.
7. Your site will appear as listed. Click Add Sitemap.
8. In drop-down box which appears choose 'Add general web site map'.
9. Add your XML feed URL as in http://myblog.blogspot.com/atom.xml in 'Sitemap URL' box
10. Click Add Websitemap.
11. Then Click 'My Sites' on same page and click 'Verify' in front of your site URL.
12. Alternatively try new meta tag verification method by pasting the meta tag generated into your template saving, publishing and then verifying.
