Rules for a 'Contented' Blog :

1. Content should be original as far as possible.
2. Content should be fresh.
3. Content should be frequently updated.
4. Content should be rich.
5. Content should contain 3 to 7 keywords per 100 words.
6. Each page should contain at least 100 words.
7. No stuffing of content with keywords.
8. No hiding keywords in images or backgrounds.
9. Use keywords in headlines.
10. Use keywords in anchor text of links.
